I bought Cities in Motion a couple days ago.
Really nice game, only complaint is that it's a bit too difficult, but I suppose that's the point.
Let me start off by saying it's not a "complete" city building game. The challenge of it is that the cities are prebuilt and you have to manage the transportation. It's also much more in depth, for instance changing fare prices, employee wages, and various different kinds of stations (for instance, a bus stop with a shelter would make commuters happier than one without) and various other different challenges such as keeping wait times low at stops/stations.
